"From check in to departure, although only one night, this was a great place to. Check in was simple, and the staff very friendly, helpful and chatty. The room was perfect and a great view over the small farm next to it. The food was very good (fish and chips) , and again the staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. "I have never stayed here before but it looked perfect for my stay which was two nights to visit family. I had travelled from london. The hotel was everything as it said it was. The hosts were even better. As I was to find later working as a family team is how this hotel is run. It works wonderfully well in such a fabulous house and grounds. I'm certainly gong back and this time I'll stay longer and explore the beautiul countryside too. Top marks to the Saddleworth Hotel for me."
